We are building a safe space for people who may have felt isolated, excluded, or misunderstood. This means we expect every user to act with kindness, empathy, and respect when interacting with others.
We do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, mental health status, or any other characteristic.
If you experience or witness unsafe behavior, please report it using our in-app reporting tools or contact our support team directly. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
For your protection, never share sensitive personal information such as your home address, banking details, or personal login credentials with others on the platform.
Our trained volunteer Mentors are here to listen and support, but they are not licensed professionals. If you are in a mental health crisis or need emergency help, please seek immediate support from a licensed provider or contact emergency services.
We regularly monitor the platform for violations of this policy and work continuously to improve our safety tools, moderation systems, and reporting processes.
